ReleaseZyme combines a light enzyme blend with psyllium seed husk, cascara sagrada bark, senna leaf, fennel seed, ginger root, burdock root and goldenseal root. It is taken three times daily after meals with at least 8 ounces of water. Each vegetarian capsule is free of dairy, peanuts, soy, sugar and wheat. Read the label carefully before use, as it contains cascara sagrada and senna.
