COVID x USPS Shipment Delays --

Due to a huge increase in online ordering, short-staffing and necessary safety precautions, USPS is experiencing shipping delays and internal issues with their tracking systems.

Some shipments may miss their initial scans and you may not see any updates to your tracking number for several days—this is normal and you may rest assured that your package is still on its way to your location, despite it still being in pre-shipment status!  Your shipment may take up to 10 business days to reach you and you will see an update once it reaches your destination city. 

Our Customer Service Representatives do not have any additional information regarding your USPS tracking number—we ask that you please allow at least 10 business days to pass before contacting us for a refund or replacement.  Thank you for your understanding—we are all in this together!
