We understand that online shopping can be difficult when it comes to Returns, as we aim to keep our customers 100% satisfied we have implemented a 30-day return policy whether you need to return an item due to a negative skin reaction, or simply exchange your lipstick shade our hassle free policy makes it easy to acclimate to a new skincare/beauty regimen.

Please obtain an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) prior to sending the product back to us. Products sent back without obtaining an RMA will not be accepted.
If you're not completely satisfied with a product for any reason, here's how to your return your item:

30 Day Policy
- Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from delivery date.
- For products that have been used or opened, store credit will be provided and can be used towards new merchandise once the items have been received and evaluated (minus any shipping fees)
- For products that are unopened/unused and undamaged (in re-sellable condition), a full refund will be applied back to the original form of payment once the items have been received and evaluated (minus any shipping fees)
- Damaged items and packages must be reported within 3 days of receiving the item
- Lost or Stolen packages must be reported within 30 days
- Products must be at least 3/4 full to be accepted
- Products must be undamaged when received - please package items carefully. We will not refund damaged items for any reason.
- Products must be returned before any credit or refunds will be issued. We will NOT issue a refund or store credit without first receiving your return!
- If applicable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns
- We will not refund shipping costs or fees.
Device Warranty/Defective Items
- FOREO, Clarisonic & NuFACE are subject to follow the manufacturer's Warranty promise. Please contact either our Customer Care team or the manufacturer directly to assist with Warranty items.
- FOREO: FOREO products are subject to a 14-day return policy for unopened products from the day which product is delivered, for a full refund. We do not accept returns for FOREO products whose boxes have been opened.
- FOREO: If your FOREO device is defective, please note your device is covered under FOREO's Warranty Promise for a period of TWO (2) YEARS after the original date of purchase against defects due to faulty workmanship or materials arising from Normal Use of the device. The warranty covers working parts that affect the function of the device. It does NOT cover cosmetic deterioration caused by fair wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, misuse or neglect. Any attempt to open or take apart the device (or its accessories) will void the warranty. If your device is defective, we will either refund or replace your device within these guidelines.
- Clarisonic: We offer a 90-day, 100% money-back guarantee on Clarisonic face brush devices. All Brush Head Replacements and Skincare items are subject to our 30 day return policy.
- NuFace devices and attachments come with a 60 Day Money-Back Guarantee and a (1) year warranty covering any manufacturer related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. NuFace gels and primers are subject to our 30 day return policy. We will not accept NuFace device and attachment returns after 1 year of purchase.
- Please also remember to register your device on the manufacturer's website to ensure that your Return/Exchange goes smoothly.
Additional Return Policy Notes:
- Pre-Paid shipping labels will be created only for those who receive incorrect/damaged items
- All customers are responsible for their own return shipment charges. If an item is purchased in error under any circumstances, we cannot be responsible for return shipment charges. We highly recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance. We cannot be responsible for lost packages without proof of delivery.
- Returns require 5-7 business days to process once received by our Return Department.
- If we ship an item in error and the product is not returned within 90 days, we will charge the customer and will refund once the item is returned.
- We reserve the right to examine all products and make the final decision on acceptance.. All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned
