Returns

  1. Return Window:

You have 30 days from delivery to return eligible items—whether it’s a skin reaction, wrong shade, or just a change of heart.

  1. Which items are NOT eligible for Return:

Certain items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:

  • Opened and/or used Health items, including ALL vitamins, supplements, intimacy items and personal lubricants
  • Health items that require an ice pack for shipment (i.e. Probiotics) are Final Sale and cannot be returned for any reason.
  • NuFace Devices, ReFA Devices
  • The Art of Shaving products
  1. How to Start a Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA won’t be accepted. You can get an RMA by:

  • Filling out the form on the Returns page
  • Emailing CustomerCare@BeautifiedYou.com with your order number and items you want to return (indicate any used items)
  • Calling (888) 610‑6133 Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. PST

Our return address & instructions will be provided with your RMA#.  All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and a return label will only be provided in the case of a damaged or incorrect item.

  1. Important Reminders

  • No returns accepted after 30 days from delivery
  • Returns require up to 7 days to process
  • We must receive your return before any refund or credit will be issued
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • All parts, pieces, printed materials, and any original product packaging must be returned.
  • We reserve the right to evaluate all return requests on a case-to-case basis and may deny your request for any reason. All accounts will be monitored for return abuse.
  • We reserve the right to examine all products and make the final decision on acceptance.
  1. Returned to Sender/Undeliverable Packages:

Any package that is deemed Undeliverable by the mail carrier and Returned to Sender will be refunded minus any shipping fees, and with a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund total.


 Fill out the Return Authorization form below and a member of our Customer Care Team will review your request.  If your return is approved & eligible, we will email you with your RMA# and return instructions.  Please note our hours of operation are Mon-Fri, 9am-4pm PST.
